Anonymous Comments To Be made Illegal

If the bill becomes law, the website operator would have to pay if someone was allowed to post anonymously on their site. The fine would be five-hundred dollars for a first offense and one-thousand dollars for each offense after that.

    LOL, Uhhh Kentucky is proving just how stupid we are becoming. WOW, so is this a law yet? why is this guy trying to make a law..he must of got screwed online. LOL he thought Lonleygirl23 was real turned out it was a guy in his 40’s…hahaha
